Pama

A history of movement

As we all do my friend architect Patrick Ness has a complex family history. A history of movement. A dance across the globe.

This box holds the dance. Made from Ancient red gum and salvaged oak ‘Pama’ carries the things of family history. The letters, medals and toys are sequester in secret drawers and boxes in boxes. It is not hard to unpack but does take care and knowledge. ‘Pama’ was what Patrick called his maternal grandfather as an infant. This memory box is an ode to him.
